which do u suggest "price for money"

1.Tektronics
2.Owon (http://www.owon.co.in)

just wanna good and cheap....please help to resolve

$149.00 will by you a 24 MHz -5V to 5V, USB 2.0, 8-channel hardware/software Logic Analyzer/Oscilloscope from www.saleae.com.

Agilent has some excellent 4-channel, 100 MHz scopes that cost in the $1200.00 area.
