Linux ISP Software for P89V51Rx2 microcontrollers (almost) ready

Hi everyone,

I have recently developed a workable ISP software in Linux for NXP P89v51Rx2 series of microcontrollers. Right now it just about works. I still have to make modifications to program a generic HEX file into the uC. It works with a standard serial cable connected to a hardware kit that has the ISP connections done on the kit. The details of the wiring can be found in the datasheet of the uCs.

It will take about another month to complete all the tests and then release it. I will be starting a project in Source Forge for this ISP software. It will be free for anyone to download and use it.

Don't worry help is not too far away.
