i want to make "89c2051 led moving message display having eeprom and ps2 keyboard".

LED Matrix...?
If yes then you may need more number of I/O pins, so better choose a 40 pin 8051 MCU such as 89S52 also it has 8kb flash so you may not need a eeprom...
